Got the building at an auction for only 50k!!! Then put in months of hard manual labor to reno on a budget but it was totally worth it! Now I have my dream photo studio AND rent the space out to other photographers when I'm not using it myself so the building pays its own mortgage. I couldn't be happier with my decision.

Fun fact: the building is historic with part of it from the 1800's! It likely already existed when Abraham Lincoln was president!
