Break out some butter, flourish your flour, and scoop out that sugar because today is National Shortbread Day! 🥳🥳🥳 Did you know that shortbread cookies originally were made in Scotland over 800 years ago? It's true! We haven't been making them for quite that long ourselves, but are happy to be a small and sweet part of shortbread cookie history. 🍪🍪🍪
