Ah, the delights of Facebook - for some reason I can't share a post from my own timeline to this page that is also mine. A friend is recommending Instagram which may be a better place for my fibery (weaving and spinning) projects.

For now, here's my most recent delight - "Berry Season" handwoven with silk, merino, a touch of nylon, and sleek Sea Cell (made with sea w**d and feels and looks like silk). It drapes like a dream and is going to feel so good come fall and winter!

It's Spring! And the Spring Boutique at Art on Broadway in Beaverton is here with some of my newest work, the woven "Landscapes" made to enhance your walls with texture and color.

Come join the fun at the artist's reception on Saturday, April 9 from 5 to 8 pm, enjoy some wine and treats, and see all the colorful and fun work of the guest artists...including me!

Hand dyed rayon chenille is creating its own pattern in shades of teal and turquoise. Can't wait to see how soft and plush it will be after finishing.
