Over the past few days, our group has shared meaningful moments together, walking through history, reconnecting with Chinese culture, building community, and preparing for deeply personal journeys ahead.

Adoptees and loved ones have departed for their individual province visits now. While each experience will be unique, every journey is an important part of reconnecting with personal history and honoring each adoptee’s story.

In a few days, we’ll reunite in Guilin, where we’ll come back together to process, reflect, and support one another through all we’ve experienced. There is something incredibly powerful about returning to a community that understands both the joy and the complexity of these moments.
