Rosemary shared this message with our community:
"I am an Oregon kid at heart and growing up here shaped how I see the possibilities and challenges for young people in our state. I hold degrees in mathematics and art history from the University of Kentucky and am continuing my studies at the UN-mandated UPEACE Centre for Executive Education. I have spent the last decade working in higher education and community programs in Oregon and Kentucky, designing initiatives and leading teams that expand pathways into STEM and career-connected learning.
This role is deeply connected to the work I have spent my career in: building pathways in STEM that are more inclusive, more human-centered, and more responsive to the realities young people are navigating. This work has reinforced a simple belief: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not and closing that gap requires more than access. It requires relationships, relevance and real connection to the world beyond the classroom, and that’s what In4All does so well and why I am so excited to join this organization.
In the coming months, I’m excited to meet more of our community - in classrooms, at events, and in conversation. This work has always been collective, and the path forward will be shaped in partnership with this community."

We are so grateful to the folks at that were able to assemble so many of our Water Filtration kits! Thank you for all your hard work! These wonderful volunteers were very efficient and thorough at putting together our most complex kits. 🌊👩‍🔬
