Brown Rogers Physical Therapy
Spending hours at a desk or looking down at your phone? Your upper back may be paying the price.
Meg Morrison, PT, DPT, demonstrates thoracic extensions over a foam roller, a simple exercise that can help improve upper back mobility, reduce stiffness, and promote better posture. By improving mobility through the thoracic spine, it's easier to maintain proper alignment and keep your shoulders where they belong.
Better mobility. Better posture. Better movement. Learn more at brownrogerstherapy.com
How do we know if you're actually getting stronger? We measure it.
At both locations, our therapists use digital dynamometry to objectively assess strength, identify side-to-side imbalances, and track progress throughout the rehabilitation process. This data helps us make informed treatment decisions and gives patients a clear picture of their recovery.
Ryan Jones, PT, DPT, CSCS highlights one recent case where targeted interventions included blood flow restriction therapy, and a significant strength deficit was reduced in just 16 days, all steadily improving pain and function along the way.
Recovery is more than how you feel. It's what the data shows, too. And numbers help you know your hard work paid off!
