Beep The Chicken

Jessie made it through surgery! They were in there awhile had to remove egg bits from the o***y walls, so they were afraid to spay her. That means monthly implants do no more eggs! I’m so thankful but honestly a bit surprised. Now we just have to keep her incision clean and infection free. When she heals, we will start back in on physical therapy to strengthen her legs. Thank you everyone for the good thoughts!

Hello everyone, I know we havent posted in a long while, but our Jessie Chicken has to go into surgery tomorrow to remove a stuck egg. I know when Beepy was sickly, all the positive vibes and prayers pulled her through many times, so I ask all Beeps peeps to send some healing vibes. Jessie Marie is literally the sweetest most content hen I’ve ever known, and has suffered with a mobility handicap the last several years but is always sweet and positive. We love her very much.
