💙 September is Su***de Prevention Month, a reminder that mental health doesn’t stay at home when people come to work. It impacts the workplace too.

Employees spend so much of their lives at work. The culture you create can either protect or strain their mental well-being. And in some cases, it can even save lives.

🎄Everyone is going through something. 🎄

Having to navigate the holidays while experiencing stress at home, school, work, or with family, friends, or coworkers can make enjoying the season even more challenging.

And all of those “things,” whether big or small, are carried over into the workplace in how we interact and perform.
