Hi Friends! Jennifer at Bloom here! I am wanting to start offering these type of synthetic dreadlocks services. I need 2 models to practice on and will offer the service at a half off rate of the normal service and this included the hair. For a full head it will be $150 and $110 for a partial or just pieces added in. I will also give half off your first move up appointment too. Let me know if anyone is interested!
