One of the reasons I became an attorney comes from my childhood. Too many times I saw my mother struggle to pay contractors only to have them take her money and never complete the work (or perform it in an unsatisfactory manner). As a little boy, I felt powerless to help her and get her justice. Today, I stood up for lifelong friends from the old neighborhood. When the judge awarded a cumulative judgement over $300,000.00 , I walked out of the courtroom and felt the overwhelming presence of my mom. We won! My mom had never seen me in court, but I know that she was present with us today. #

My astute fb friends will notice that this client has a strong resemblance to the last client I posted (in front of the Christmas tree). Look @ that smile. Today we resolved her final traffic violation with a Nolle Prosequi. I am so proud of the help my firm provided.
