Politics are a freaking disaster.
I feel like running for the hills every ten seconds.
Center.
Ground.
Take two steps...
And the world is at it again!
Breathe, ground, center...repeat.
Listen to your own voice... Not the noise.
It's just messy out there.
Nature is my best temple.
Inside is a lovely journey.
Time for a walk in the sun tomorrow!

If you can dream it you can get there.
I know that's true.
And imagining is the beginning, it's like dreaming practice.
Imagining starts to flex the brain, like a workout muscle.
Flexing that muscle till you get to dreaming.
Which some may say is delusional!
But if you're grounded in closely, listening to the earth, closely channeling your creativity, rooted.... You can access a special magic.

Yes.
Say yes to you.
You are valid.
The work you make.
The rest you need.
The process of marinating on your next steps in your life or practice.
These are all valid places to be. .. And yes I needed that pep talk to.
