Who needs a reset? I know I do. I am so excited that my sister and Soror will be facilitating her Sacred Sound: A Faith-Based Sound Healing Experience at my church, . She will be sharing a Christ-centered sound healing experience that supports the renewal of the mind, restoration of the body, and reconnection to the Spirit through sacred sound, prayerful meditation, and intentional rest.

The session is FREE (yes FREE) but you do have to register to attend. Sacred Sound will take place at Gethsemane AME Church (2931 E. Madison St., 21205) on 10am, on Saturday, April 25th.
