We finally went and got something we've been talking about getting for a while now and we couldn't be happier. A huge thanks goes out to Ossie and the crew for guiding us through the beginnings of this exciting new adventure chapter. A name for this little thing is still TBD so feel free to throw out suggestions!

We learned. We traveled. We dug. We probed. We skied. We rescued. We learned some more. Had an incredibly rewarding weekend being able to finally take a level 1 avalanche course. Something i've been wanting to do ever since learning about and discovering I'm a nerd for snow and mountain weather.⠀

Highly encourage anyone who is interested in snow covered backcountry travel to take this course and any other avalanche awareness education course. The knowledge gained is invaluable and it's fascinating to boot. ⠀

Huge shoutout to for guiding and teaching us all weekend (and putting up with novice ski touring ability) and to for making it all happen (especially in covid times). ⠀
