Café Noury, Café Noury | Baltimore | Mobile Coffee Bar is a Baltimore-based mobile coffee and matcha bar serving distinctive, housemade flavors for private celebrations, brand activations, and gatherings across the DMV area.

Founder Noury’s love for coffee was shaped in the neighborhood cafés of Philly, which became places to study, meet friends, and linger over the ritual of a well-made cup. Today, Café Noury brings that same sense of warmth, care, and café culture to private events through handcrafted beverages and genuine hospitality.

With ethically sourced coffee, quality ingredients, and a polished guest experience at the center of the business, Café Noury creates curated mobile café experiences while also developing signature syrups for future retail. Looking ahead, the vision is to help bring Cambodian coffee to market and create more space for Cambodian and Southeast Asian–inspired flavors within specialty coffee.
