And that’s why so many people are still in survival mode, even after therapy, self-work, and every coping tool under the sun.⁣ ⁣ Ask yourself:⁣ • Do you need distance from people to feel emotionally regulated?⁣ •Do you avoid situations that challenge you instead of learning to handle them?⁣ • Do you rely on external validation to confirm you’re doing the “right” thing?⁣ ⁣ That’s not growth. That’s dependence. Yesterday was the end of my Sabbatical and today is the official start of my Rewirement (some say retirement). Very excited about my/our next. Doing it on the bay is relaxing, refreshing, and reinvigorating. Wouldn’t be here without an ever faithful gracious merciful GOD and visionary wife (AVA).
