This past weekend was amazing! I had an opportunity to meet and get to know Donnie, get certified in his invention of Body Tempering, and network with others in the field of strength and conditioning, health and fitness, physical therapy, etc. I’m really excited to begin implementing body tempering with my current clients and athletes and provide this mobility tool to the Annapolis area.
