Pennsylvania’s child care tax credit is based on outdated costs, even though many families now pay around $15,000 a year for infant care. That means parents can’t claim what they actually spend.

I’m working with Rep. La’Tasha Mayes & Appropriations Chair Rep. Jordan Harris to update the credit so it reflects real costs and puts more money back in parents’ pockets.
