Every Saturday at 1130 Evolvecore Development will be hosting free Mind-Body therapy for our local Veterans as a show of appreciation and support for the local Veteran community. MBSR is a form of therapy with a trauma-informed approach considered to be a Complimentary and Alternative Medicine that was developed by Veterans, and tailored military specific for Veterans. It was developed primarily for Veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress and its related symptoms. MBSR is However beneficial for ALL VETERANS.

Our goal is to provide this therapy to our local Veterans to help them better cope with life stressors, and in the process strengthen our Veteran community. We strive to maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere for these heroes and get our Vets active and engaged with local non-profits, and Veteran owned businesses.
