Pure Barre helped me connect with my core on a new level. As a fitness instructor and yoga teacher, I love to move my body in many ways and Pure Barre does just that. I have never felt so rooted in my core strength more than I do after a class at Pure Barre Westlake/Avon
Pelvic Floor Health, and women’s health in general, is something I love to support and give a platform to whenever possible. With so much information available to us today, I value creditable sources more than ever. Chrissy Frey, PT, Pelvic Health Specialist, at Gina Croft is not only passionate about her knowledge and experience of pelvic floor health, but she is on a mission to educate and empower women about their bodies.
In combination with mindfulness through movement and meditation that I will be sharing, this special session will be one for women to connect with their bodies, their breath and their true core strength.
