Our latest project:

This income property in Round Rock recently experienced a fire, which originated on the back porch. Damage extends from the back entry area into the home, plus smoke and water damage throughout. Thankfully, the professionals at Round Rock FD were able to douse the flames and save the home, but extensive repairs will have to be done to get it back up to code, and make it rentable again. I will share more as we progress with our repairs, and hopefully get this income property back on the market quickly!

70s Ranch Refresh Project in Round Rock all wrapped up! New LVP floors throughout the entire home, doorways and hallways widened, a half-wall built to slightly reconfigure the kitchen, and new baseboards throughout. The natural finish floors make the home feel so much more light and open. We had a great time working on this one, and we hope the family enjoys their fresh and clean space!
