The iconic Lammes Candies logo will disappear in the foreseeable future. The local chain is shutting down completely soon after operating under the same family for 141 years.

A sign on Lammes Candies’ Round Rock store gave customers the news, which started to spread widely on social media over the weekend. The Round Rock store closed on April 24. The flagship location at 5330 Airport Blvd. will remain “a bit longer,” though a timeline for when it will shutter was not displayed.
