🧡 Different shifts. Same purpose. We’ve got each other.
Happy Nurse’s Week to all the amazing nurses out there! No matter how you are appreciated this week just know we appreciate you 🧡🧡! You should be appreciated everyday you continue to show up for others.

We change our profile pics…
but we don’t talk about what the job changes in us.

From the frontlines, for you. 🖤
Because what we carry after the shift… matters.
If you’ve ever cried in your car after a shift…
this is your sign you’re not alone.
I don’t think people understand…
we don’t just “go to work”
we walk into chaos and figure it out.
Nursing is the only job where you can skip lunch, hold your p*e for 8 hours,
and still be expected to smile at discharge.
No one talks about how being a nurse means carrying people’s worst days…
and still clocking in like nothing happened.
Being a nurse is wild because one minute you’re saving a life…
and the next you’re trying to find a working pen.

So everything just…stays with you.
Not just the shift—
But everything that came with it.
The conversations.
The pressure.
The moments you didn’t have time to process.
You don’t just leave tired…
You leave mentally full. 🖤
