From the first day of training to the future fight, T2COM ensures Soldiers arrive to their units trained, capable, and ready to immediately contribute. Connecting the generating force to the operational force isn't just a priority it's the mission.
Through modernized training environments, advanced simulations, and realistic operational scenarios, T2COM prepares formations to meet the pace and complexity of future conflict. Every capability fielded, every lesson learned from the field, and every update to doctrine feeds directly back into how we train, ensuring the Army adapts continuously rather than episodically.

This is a major breakthrough for Next-Generation Command and Control (NGC2)! ⚡
During the Lightning Surge 2 experimentation series at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, the 25th Infantry Division successfully executed an end-to-end simulated fires mission on an M777 Howitzer entirely over a private 5G network.
By using digital devices to instantly transmit target data to a shared common operating picture, our warfighters eliminated the need for manual data entry drastically shortening the sensor-to-shooter timeline. Soldiers even transmitted electronic warfare sensor data over the exact same 5G network concurrently, proving the incredible versatility of this technology. This hands-on integration allowed for rapid, real-time feedback from the end users themselves to engineers on the ground, vastly improving accuracy, lethality, and survivability in austere conditions.

ROTC Cadet Summer Training is almost here! Thousands of future Army officers are deploying to the field to face the ultimate test of their leadership, tactical proficiency, and resilience. Over the coming weeks, these Cadets will tackle rigorous scenarios designed to push them to their limits and forge the adaptive leaders our modern Army needs to win. We are incredibly proud to watch them step up to the challenge and lead from the front!
Supported by the training expertise of Combined Arms Command , the strategic foresight of U.S. Army Futures and Concepts Command , and the recruiting foundation of USAREC. The future of battlefield medicine is taking flight! 🚁 Combat medics with the 44th Medical Brigade are revolutionizing rapid response by integrating drones into medical resupply operations. Instead of putting more Soldiers at risk in contested environments, unmanned aerial systems are delivering life-saving supplies directly to the frontlines with unprecedented speed and flexibility. Through strategic engagements with academia, such as the Clemson University Drone Academy, these Soldiers are mastering emerging tech to preserve combat power and save lives.

It is vital to remember that ensuring Soldier safety is a critical component of readiness. When the summer temperatures spike, heat casualties are entirely preventable when leaders and Soldiers are proactive.
At T2COM, our highest priority is our people. Here is a quick "Beat the Heat" checklist to ensure our
formations stay safe and lethal this summer.
T2COM's "Beat the Heat" Checklist:
✅Hydrate Smartly: Do not exceed 1 to 1.5 quarts of water per hour (or 12 quarts per day) during strenuous activity. Remember to replenish electrolytes with meals.
✅Buddy Up: You can’t fight the heat alone. Enforce battle buddy checks—monitor each other's eating, drinking, and sweating.
✅Know the Signs: Be vigilant for signs of heat exhaustion (dizziness, nausea, weakness) and heat stroke (hot/dry skin, confusion, unresponsiveness)
✅React Immediately: If a heat casualty is suspected, move them to the shade, loosen clothing, begin cooling (ice sheets), and seek immediate medical attention.

At Exercise Arcane Thunder 26, Multi-Domain Command - Europe (MDC-E) and our NATO partners are pushing the boundaries of next-generation warfare. Operating simultaneously at Fort Irwin, California, and across the European theater, Soldiers are actively shaping the future of large-scale combat operations.
By integrating air, land, sea, space, and cyber capabilities into a unified force, MDC-E is actively testing emerging technologies in the field. From launching Disruptor UAVs and configuring autonomous ground vehicles to 3D-printing drones directly on-site, this exercise is a masterclass in "Transforming in Contact." It is not just about utilizing new technology—it is about strengthening real-time interoperability with our Allies to deter aggression and defend the Euro-Atlantic region.
