Project Giving Tree

Dear UTCS Seniors,

We’d like to give a heartfelt thanks to all of you for attending this year’s 2016 Project Giving Tree Senior Banquet. Your presence at the banquet made it a tremendous success. And of course, without you, we wouldn’t have been able to successfully raise the funds needed to establish the undergraduate endowment to help bring more classes and great professors to UTCS. We hope that all of you continue to be active in our department’s community as alumni and continue to look for ways to give back both to the department and to future generations of computer science students. There are many ways to do this--through your financial support; by returning to talk to one of Downing’s classes; by volunteering your time through some of our alumni outreach programs; or by any number of other avenues--but, regardless of how you choose to do it, we hope that you continue to be a part of the UT Computer Science community long after graduation takes you beyond the 40 acres!
