Creamy Garlic Shrimp 🍤✨

Juicy shrimp in a creamy garlic sauce — quick, easy & perfect with pasta, rice or toasted bread.

Ingredients
• 300–400 g shrimp
• 1 small onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 200 ml heavy cream
• butter or olive oil
• salt & pepper
• lemon juice
• fresh parsley
• optional: chili flakes, parmesan, spinach

Instructions
1. Heat butter or olive oil in a pan.
2. Sauté chopped onion until soft.
3. Add garlic and cook briefly.
4. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes.
5. Pour in the cream.
6. Season with salt, pepper & a splash of lemon juice.
7. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
8. Finish with parsley.

Perfect with pasta, rice or crusty bread 🤍

I had the honor of preparing traditional Czech and Slovak desserts for the Preciosa Gala hosted by the National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

It was a beautiful evening celebrating our rich cultural heritage, and I’m proud to have been part of it—bringing authentic flavors and traditions to the table. 🍰
