1 pound Omaha Steaks Ground Beef
3 Small pitas, sliced in half
1 Sweet onion, grated
6 Garlic cloves, minced
⅓ cup fresh parsley
1 TBSP olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp za’atar
- Mix together the beef, onion, garlic, herbs, and spices.
- Fill the pita pockets.
- Sear meat-side down in oil, then sear each side of the pita.
- Bake for 10 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
- Dip in tzatziki, hummus, or tahini and enjoy!
