Women’s history month for us is more than just talking about the women who broke boundaries and stereotypes in healthcare. It’s about the everyday heroes and changemakers whose impact is much larger than is often recognized.

We must acknowledge that this has been a uniquely challenging time for women in healthcare, shouldering an even larger burden in both their professional and professional lives.

Every month we ask the Wheel team to nominate their fellow coworkers who are “living and breathing” Wheel’s core values.

We call this award the “Golden Wheelie” and pass a trophy around to the winner each month!

January’s Golden Wheelie winner is John Vinyard, our Senior Software Engineer.
