🍁 Sugar camp season hits different when YOU make the treats! Our French Fusion class brought the beloved Québécois cabane à sucre tradition to life this spring 🌿❄️

We boiled pure maple syrup and poured it to make tire d'érable — then rolled it onto wooden sticks as it hardened. Chewy, sticky, absolutely incredible 😍

And a HUGE shoutout to Henry who whipped up the most gorgeous beurre d'érable 🧈✨ C'était magnifique, Henry!!

This is what learning a language is all about — culture, food, community, and a little bit of yum. 🍬

🏛️ At the latest Model UN meeting, students didn't just debate history — they practiced something far more valuable. Analyzing the Carthaginian strategic plan, delegates learned to listen deeply, consider perspectives different from their own, and disagree with respect and grace.
