This was a tough workout, but these ladies are tougher! We did 4 sets of everything 1. Push-ups with weight vest. 2. Weighted squat jumps with medicine ball. 3. Leg circles for lower abs. Then they jog around the building with the weight vest with each set. Getting fit fine and fabulous is not easy but itβs worth it. Great job ladies.
