Woke up with a hankering for 🤤 this was one of the last times I made it, and what I learned was if you plan to 📷 photograph your creation be prepared to use MORE than called for in the recipe. I kept adding them in while blending bc it started out looking like a salmon paste 😬 but when I doubled my beets it finally started to look bright and BEETiful 😭😜
