Early extension is usually panic.
It’s the body standing up because it doesn’t trust the downswing.
If you’re trying to get to P5 clean, don’t “clear harder.”
Let the arms fall first.

Feel:
• Pressure into lead heel
• Trail shoulder working down
• Trail elbow falling toward front hip
• Glutes staying back like they’re on a wall

If the club falls to P5, it’ll feel heavy and shallow.
If you jump, you’re spinning too soon.
Let it fall. Then rotate.
That’s the move. ⛳
