As an alumni of our youth programs and one of our first Alumni Apprentices, Chris Garcia is deeply connected to the unique approach we take to youth leadership development. We are incredibly grateful for his ongoing commitment to our mission as he worked alongside us to design a more meaningful program for future alumni this year. As we reflect on our roots and what it means to open the South Farm, Chris reminds us that youth leadership has been and will always be the anchor. ​​
