📢🚨Central Texas Football Players

🏈This camp is designed for incoming and current high school football players in preparation for Spring Ball. Specifically for skill positions such as Wide Receivers, Running Backs, Tight Ends, Defensive Backs and Quarterbacks who will be utilized in all throwing drills.

🏃💨This performance camp will focus on enhancing the following skills: Speed, Agility, Elusiveness, Footwork, Explosiveness, Catching, Route Running, Pass Coverage

🏈🤚Just got my tripod 🎥 So decided to test it out at the field. It’ll make it way easier to film my sessions with athletes. I’ve missed a lot of great content because I’ve always hated the idea of pulling out my phone to film in the middle of my sessions with athletes.

Got some great content on how to properly get some field work in coming for you guys soon!

Example of a movement progression for athletes.

Movement: explosive lateral plyo jump to stability/balance hold

Progression: same movement but into a 1-2 thigh switch. Ball elevated above head to increase core activation.
