Workout for today:

3circuits, each exercise is for 1 minute, 5 minute run after each circuit, continue straight into next circuit, rest when needed.
Exercises are:
Jumping lunges or weighted reverse lunge
Mountain climbers
Plank reaches
Pushup walkout
