Love and prosperity Forever

There comes a time when we all have to make a tough decision about what truly matters and what the best way forward is. For me, the single most important thing is my family.

Soccer has given me so much, but it has also taken valuable time away from the people I love most. Time is precious and far shorter than we realize. My greatest desire is to be present and create meaningful memories with my family, especially my wife and kids. They mean everything to me.

With that, I’ve decided to step away from professional coaching. This allows me to focus on my family and continue pouring into future generations through RTG in a way that aligns with my values and purpose.

I want to sincerely thank the Houston Dynamo for the past three years and for giving me the opportunity to coach, develop, and contribute to the environment. I’ll always be grateful for the experiences and relationships. There’s no doubt I’ll miss the competitive side of the game but I’m done trading time for money.

It’s time to write a new chapter.

It’s the simple things in life!! After 6 years I finally got to spend some quality time with the family back in the land of my birth!! So much Joy!!! Life has come a far way and I’m forever grateful!!!
