Can't believe we started demolition 6 months ago on this full remodel of an existing 1969 house. What started as a simple remodel quickly turned into a more elaborate project once our client fell in love with the design aesthetic but wanted higher ceilings throughout. This led to a modification of the existing plan and ultimately resulted in taking the entire structure down to the foundation.
