Wrapping up a great couple of days in Corpus Christi with two of our newest hotel partners.

Site visits are always a good reminder that success starts with the people on property. We spent time with the front desk teams on lead generation and sales fundamentals, while also getting into the market to identify new opportunities.

Two years ago, Mia joined Sparrow and quietly became one of the most important gears in our operation.

If you’ve ever worked with our team, there’s a very good chance the experience was smoother and faster because of her. She’s the connective tissue. The person who makes sure our salespeople are able to maximize their time selling.

She makes everyone better at what they do. We are incredibly grateful for the role she plays in protecting our quality, our culture, and our growth.
