CHEVAL// One year. That’s the time this custom mirror required. With lines this clean there’s nothing to distract from any imperfection. We made full scale mockups to ensure everything was perfect. This step isn’t something that is common - but for me - it is imperative. It needed to fulfill a list of requirements and special details. At 7ft tall - scale a proportion. Hidden pivot hardware - what’s available does not meet our standards. And, of course, craftsmanship that is excellent. Well worth the effort and the wait.

PATIENCE// A custom Floral Graffiti - they created for this project in 2021 finally installed and paired with the new mahogany door that made my distressed dreams come true to age it as if it were found. Cast bronze Steeple hinges + stunning k**b (also 2021!)
