Hello Austin Ladies!

I'm looking for a few women who would be interested in small group private training! 🙂

I know summer is coming up and I wanted to make personal training more affordable.

Small group training feels more intimate and personal. We all will root each other on and support each other towards accomplishing our fitness goals.

Each person who joins will get nutritional guidance, habit tracking, and specific workouts that suite your needs and goals.

Exercise Machines or Free Weights? Lets talk about it..

My opinion is that exercise machines are a good place to start but aren't as good as free weights.

I like using exercise machines if I have an injury I'm recovering from or just trying to isolate certain muscles for aesthetics.

In my opinion free weights are better because you're burning more calories, and they're more transferrable to real life activities. For example squats replicate picking something heavy from the ground.

Free weights are better for helping people lose body fat, increasing muscle, and strengthen the core!

What do you guys think?

If you want to get healthier and more fit this year..

Start by implementing one new healthy habit at a time.

For example: If you go out to eat 5-6x a week. Start to cut that down to 3-4x a week. Then slowly down to 1-2x a week.

Challenge yourself to make one new healthy recipe a week for meal prep.

This will give you variety and help you take on a new skill! Cooking!!

We have to make time for the things we prioritize to see the results we want.

Why wait? Why put it off?

Put one new healthy habit on your schedule.

EX)
1. Meal prepping (Sunday at 3 pm)
2. Strength Training 3x a week (MWF from 6-7 pm)
3. Daily walks after dinner

AND....

If you want a routine plan to GUARANTEE you success with your fitness goals.

So you can feel and love the way you look in the mirror, in life, and enjoy taking pictures in your new clothes.

One of the most guaranteed ways to have success is to PREPARE ahead of time.

Just like if you're a parent and would prepare your kids lunchbox for school do the same for yourself :)

It takes 2 hours on a Sunday to prep for the week.
Pack a few on the go high protein snacks when you have a busy day.
Pack some fruit

It only takes an extra 10 minutes in the morning and boom your guaranteed for success!

Implement small new habits daily into your life and see how the body fat melts off, and how your muscles tone!
