Truly thankful to have had the opportunity to represent the new owners of this historically significant property, a civil rights landmark. The former 1960’s bohemian coffee house, “The Quorum”, used to bring activists together to fight for desegregation. They served all colors, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientation, all while knowingly violating the law and being attacked repeatedly by police and racists.
