Most rehab stalls because it lives in the gray zone…
too easy to adapt, too vague to progress and poorly executed.
If the exercise can’t be repeated, loaded, and advanced with intent, it’s not preparing you for real life or sport.

A huge thank you to for sharing his model and approach to high-quality rehab.
His online education is some of the best content available for rehab professionals.
I’ve seen a significant impact from integrating aspects of his model into my practice 🙏
I haven’t ran a mile since 2019. Last week, with zero prep or warm-up, I went out and ran 3. The next morning my Achilles felt like it was going to explode 🙈… we call that an acute load spike.
So today I’m actually prepping my body for a running session. The goal of this warm-up is to open up my pelvis and expose the tissues of my lower limbs to the demands of running.
Warm-Up
• Reaching split squat drops
• Kickstand chops
• Cross-body reaching cable split squats
• Floating heel iso — 60s hold
• Pogo pops
• Penguin march
