I guess you can call me a traditionalist. Call me a late adaptor or adopter. I waited to see how people responded to the PSYCH-K online classes before I decided to offer them myself.
The PSYCH-K Online Level 1 Workshop is designed for people who are only interested in helping themselves. It is also designed to help people learn PSYCH-K who may have very limited access due to living in remote or rural locations. They may have limited transportation options and/or the participant may be ill or have difficulty traveling to attend an In-Person workshop. The goal is to make PSYCH-K accessible to anyone.
In the Online Level 1 Workshop participants learn to help themselves change perceptions that limit them in their life. Limitations can be repetitive patterns or stressful experiences that one is unhappy or frustrated with. Limitations can also be beliefs that are stubborn and very difficult to change, these are also called limiting beliefs. In the Level 1 Workshop participants learn how to use the provided handbook and the single change process taught during the program.
The Online Level 1 may not be for everyone. I can see that many people still love learning together in an In-Person setting with others that includes direct observation by the instructor. People still greatly benefit from the In-Person setting where they learn how to interview each other, discuss challenges, problem solve, identify new objectives, and engage the processes directly with each other. The materials are similar from Level 1 to Basic, but they are different! PSYCH-K Online Level 1 and the PSYCH-K Basic are entirely different experiences, but the materials are similar in many of their components.

I’m not good enough! What?
In every class I’ve taught in the past 14 years, The number one common limitation shared by the participants is “I am not good enough”. How can it be that this limitation is held by people of nations all around the world? This single belief is powerful enough to keep you small, in your place, and prevent you from taking risks your entire life!
The good news is that you can change your subconsciously held limitation into a new empowering belief that works FOR you, rather than keeping the limitation that continually works against you. Your new subconscious belief might be, “I am ABSOLUTELY good enough!” or perhaps, “I am capable, powerful and good enough in every moment of my life.”
