Testimony AND Tea, Anyone?

People like are pro mental health until it comes to hygiene. All of a sudden sympathy, empathy, the intent to try and understand becomes absent.
Honestly, if the baths and showers weren’t where I feel the most safe , it would probably take an army to get me to take one just as much as it does to clean my house.
I have to be organized in regards to business and where I craft products .
However in my home , the mess doesn’t make sense. Things can be everywhere , I can feel imprisoned. The crippling overwhelming feeling of anxiety- to know i must do something, but too depressed & unable to peel myself to do it . It’s why I have a cleaning lady. My family mocks me for it , they claim I just want to be bougie but they don’t understand depression-to them there must be a reason I’m sad. It should be easy for me to just get up and put things away. They don’t understand anxiety . Things that can crash into me like a strong wave and drown me for weeks to months to years.
I’ve been feeling great for the past month and yesterday, I felt like cleaning . So I did, all by myself.
My cleaning lady like will be surprised (or concerned) to not get a text from me, but I did it. IYKYK that’s a win.
