I would like to bring clarity regarding Healing of the Heart International Apostolic Church.
I, Apostle Gabriele Williams, am the Founder and Presiding Authority of Healing of the Heart International, originally established in the United States.
Any branches, works, or ministries connected to this name were established under this foundation and covering.
At this time, I am not overseeing or in active leadership alignment with all international expressions operating under this name.
This post is to clarify that I remain the Founder and head of the ministry as established by the Lord, and I am moving forward in the work and vision entrusted to me.
I encourage all to walk in truth, integrity, and proper order.

The Seven Realms Seven Heavens Teaching
“Crossing the Threshold of Reality”
The First Realm – The Atmosphere of Divine Order
This is the lowest level of the heavenly dimensions.

Psalm 148:4–6 speaks of:
“Praise Him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens…”
This realm is not chaotic.
It is structured.
It is governed.
Here:
Angels oversee wind.
Angels oversee thunder.
Angels oversee rain, snow, and movement in the natural.
Job 38 confirms that creation is governed by command and intelligence.
The natural realm is influenced by spiritual order behind it.
Nothing is random.

The Realm of Elemental Governance
This realm interacts with physical reality.

“Spiritual beings behind the movement of the natural.”
Yes.
This level governs:
Weather patterns
Atmospheric shifts
Waters Fire

Seasonal movement
These beings exist only to serve the Creator.
They do not rebel. They do not argue. They do not delay.
Flawless obedience.
The Celestial Waters
Above the visible heavens are what Scripture calls: “Waters above the firmament.”
This is not metaphorical language only it is layered dimensional structure.
This realm:
Stores divine reservoirs.
Carries praise.
Holds memory of creation.

It is beautiful. It is luminous. It is ordered.
The Threshold Realm
“crossing the threshold.”
This is the crossing place between:
Earthly awareness
Spiritual perception
Translation experiences often occur here.
This is where:
Prophets are shown symbolic realities.
Time feels different.
You see structures and custodians.
It is not chaos. It is government.

The Governmental Heaven
This realm holds:
Thrones
Councils
Assigned authorities
Daniel references heavenly courts. Job references sons of God presenting themselves.
There is structure. There is rank. There is accountability.

The Realm of Glory
This is where the atmosphere shifts from function to presence.
Here:
Light is not external.
It radiates.
Worship is constant. Sound carries substance.
This realm is not task-oriented. It is glory-saturated.
The Highest Heaven – The Dwelling of the Most High
This is what Scripture refers to as: “The Heaven of Heavens.”
Beyond created administration.

Here:
There is no disobedience.
No rebellion.
No corruption.
No decay.
Everything is sustained directly by Him.

God governs weather. God governs waters. God governs angelic ranks.
If He assigns beings to control thunder, He is not careless about you.
The realms are not fantasy. They are structured dimensions of divine government.
“Real places with real custodians.”

The Father says: “My Kingdom is layered. My Kingdom is ordered. My Kingdom is established forever.”
If I govern thunder,
If I govern waters,
If I govern angelic ranks
What makes you think I am not governing your life?
