Can’t believe another year is in the books. I’ve been lucky enough to meet so many great/inspirational people through the “fitness world” and i cant wait to see what the future holds. Many of the workouts/moments weren’t captured on camera but I’ll work to make sure i am better about this in 2022. Attack everyday with a positive attitude and the sky is the limit!

Post cut mood… transitioning into maintenance until January. Less cardio, more calories 😁😁

6 week, 3300-3700 calorie cut is complete!!
A couple things i want to highlight about these pictures. I purposely overate prior to the cut and gained weight just for this experiment…eating around 4000 or more calories a day(snacks, fried foods, etc) but still maintaining a decent protein intake. Overloaded the cardio to see how my body would react.
Picture 1 & 2 - The before picture was taken right after a huge dinner so i am pretty bloated(July 6th). The after pictures were taken first thing in the morning today(August 21st) near the end of my cut.
Picture 3&4 - the before pictures were taken a couple days into my cut and I’m actually flexing my hardest in them😂😂. The after pictures once again were taken first thing in the morning today.
During this cut i minimized my cardio (compared to what i usually do) to 30 mins-1 hour a day and doing 2-a-days 3-4 times a week. Prior to this i was doing a couple hours of cardio everyday and 2-a-days at least 5x a week. Very hard to sustain that regimen for a long period of time... I was able to start at 3700 calories per day and cut down to 3300 calories a day. What’s next? I’m heading to California for vacation and giving my body a break!!😅😅
Overall i feel great! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me!
