Here's a great interview-prep tool. Originally printed in 1983, it is a list of questions that are still used today, along with an explanation of what the interviewer is looking for. Most people have no problem with specific skill-set related questions, but preparing confident answers to the list here is a necessity. This will go out to all of my candidates from now on:
