It’s that time of the year when we all need a reset.. a cleanse from all the junk food, alcohol, cake and snacks we been consuming.. lord knows I been indulging in a lot of mess from wine, gummy bears, pies and etc..I’m personally eating raw, whole fruits and vegetables for the next few days..
