Registration is now open for the 12th Annual Autism Conference & Expo of Georgia, taking place on Friday, May 1st 2026 at Georgia State University. The theme this year is Georgia Grown: From Research to Reality β€” emphasizing work across Georgia where individuals and teams are β€œgrowing” solutions to challenges facing individuals with autism, their families, and communities of support. The goal is to lift solutions "rooted" in Georgia with "leaves and fruit" providing shade, sustenance, and support at any level - from local to international.

Caregivers, individuals with autism, educators, interventionists, clinicians, researchers, students and administrators are invited to participate in this event.

The Autism Conference & Expo is an annual event that provides an opportunity to share knowledge and resources about support for individuals with autism and their families in Georgia. The Autism Conference & Expo represents the collaboration and contributions of an alliance of leading self-advocates, family members, community partners, state agencies, and other stakeholders.

πŸ’™ Blue: Traditionally associated with autism awareness, symbolizing calmness, reliability, and hope.
⭐ Gold: Inspired by the chemical symbol for gold (Au for Autism), it is a positive and empowering alternative to blue, symbolizing advocacy.
🌈 Rainbow: Symbolizes diversity of the autism spectrum & neurodiversity. The infinity symbol is accepted as it is an inclusive, non-stigmatizing symbol.
