most loans are 90% of the purchase price and we will provide 100% of the rehab budget , in some cases we can provide the rehab cost up front and not in arrears.
Most loans are non recourse so not reported to credit bureau or if foreclosed its not attached tp the borrower.
All of these loans carry no pre payment penality and are interest only for 12 months.
