An on time Word from GOD delivered by our very own Brittney Williams! Sis. Your devotions are always so encouraging! Thank you!

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

It can be so frustrating sometimes while you wait on what you're hoping for in your spirit to manifest in the natural. If you are anything like me then perhaps you are still developing your "patient fruit". Waiting can sometimes be a challenge. I struggle with surprises and unplanned occurrences because I like to know what is next! God is such a good father and he loves to give gifts to his children. The gifts are always perfect However, whatever is worth obtaining is worth waiting for and needs to be developed. If you are waiting on a promise to be fulfilled be reminded that it may require you having to go through a process. Apply it: What is God trying to say to you during your time of waiting? Even in the first trimester a mother has to prepare for a safe delivery of her child. What are you doing to prepare for a safe delivery of your promise? How has God asked you to prepare? Have you made room for getting ready to be added to your life? Have you willing subdued your old appetite and begun to cultivate a palate that is conducive for your promise to not only exist but to be sustained. Remember you are only a manager.

What a blessing to have Bro. Shedrock lead us in devotion and prayer on Wednesday morning.

How Powerful was this morning's devotion and prayer led by Elder Daniel Davison! WE thank you for your lifestyle of prayer. You are an awesome leader and a great minister of the gospel.

I wish everyone could have been on this morning's conference call. May your heart be encouraged as you continue to believe GOD for your Miracle!

Title: The Three P's of Prayer

We must have a Purpose for praying.
We must be Persistent.
We must Practice.

Scripture Text: Luke Chapter 18: 1 -8 (NIV)

vs. 1 Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.

vs. 2 He said: In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared GOD nor cared what people thought.

vs. 3 And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, 'Grant me justice against my adversary.'

vs. 4 "For some time he refuse. But finally he said to himself, 'Even though I don't fear GOD or care what people think,

vs. 5 Yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won't eventually come and attack me!' "

vs. 6 And the Lord said, "Listen to what the unjust judge says.

vs. 7 And will not GOD bring about justice for His chosen ones, who cry out to Him day and night? Will He keep putting them off?

vs. 8 I tell you, He will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on earth?"

This widow woman was passionate and persistent about her cause! She would NOT settle for anything less than a favorable outcome! She wanted justice! She continuously went before a judge who did not fear GOD or man. He could care less about what people thought of him but the widow was persistent.

This woman was not easily offended by the judge who rejected her plea but she kept asking, until the judge granted her request! She received justice from the judge and he avenged her of her adversary! She kept her prayer request (purpose) in the forefront of her mind. Her persistence gave her hope to know that justice would prevail! She practiced what she believed by focusing on a positive outcome!

Now....if the the unjust judge (who regarded neither God or man) met the widows's need, how much the more will Our GOD bring about justice on our behalf!

We serve a miracle working GOD! Have faith in HIM!

When we pray to our Father in heaven we must believe him for a FAVORABLE OUTCOME! Keep being persistent about you need! Go to GOD in prayer! Begin to see your loved one healed, your sons and daughters saved! Begin to thank GOD for your breakthrough! Practice by rehearsing/seeing your prayer answered! Expect the great!

Let your mind be alert and your heart receptive to what GOD is going to do.

Be passionate about your need!

AGAIN, Be persistent in prayer and believe GOD for a favorable outcome!

Thank you again, Elder Davison for leading prayer and devotion! You truly blessed us!
